My approach to providing immigration evaluation services to my clients has allowed my practice to flourish. The majority of case referrals come directly from my clients. It is the best compliment that a client can give when they refer me to their friends, family, neighbors and coworkers.

With more than 25 years of experience in working with individuals and families in need of crucial psycho-social evaluations, my practice is now 100% devoted to working with clients needing evaluations for their immigration cases.

I have represented clients from all Latin American countries as well as Haiti, Nepal, Jordan, Dominican Republic, Africa and Europe. I have worked with attorneys in various U.S. States including Louisiana, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Maryland, Illinois and Florida. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

I can help you with your immigration evaluation

Are you currently working with an immigration attorney? Do you need a “psychological report”? Has your attorney asked you or a loved one to be evaluated so that your immigration case can be completed?

If so, I can help you meet your requirements for a hardship report. I will work closely with your immigration attorney to provide him/her with an accurate psychosocial assessment and a written report in a timely manner. I have expertise in completing the following types of evaluations for immigration:

I-601 Waivers
U Visas
Political Asylum
VAWA (Violence against Women Act)
Cancellation of Removal

Additionally, I can provide an evaluation of the children indicating the impact they will suffer if their parent is no longer in the home.

Most reports can be completed between 2-3 weeks. However, if you have a deadline for an RFE (Request For More Evidence) or an upcoming court date, I can provide a report within 24-48 hours for an additional fee if scheduling permits.

In July 2017, I was classified as an Expert Witness given my extensive clinical experience as well as my knowledge about the impact of the immigration process on a family; therefore, I am also available for court testimony for an additional fee.
