What are your rates?


We offer a regular base rate and expedite rates if needed. Ms. Neeley can also appear in court on your behalf as an expert witness. Please call our office for details.

How soon can I schedule an appointment?
 

We offer appointments throughout the week.

 

What do I need to bring with me?
 

We suggest you bring any documentation supporting your case. If after the evaluation we need additional information, we will make a list of what we need and you can call or fax the information to our office.

Can I bring my kids with me?
 

Children are welcome to wait in our sitting/waiting area with an adult family member or friend who will be supervising them while you are being evaluated.

Who needs to be present at the appointment?
 

The person(s) who needs to be evaluated. If there is a child or minor under the age of 18 who needs to be evaluated, his or her parent/legal guardian needs to be present as well. There is an additional fee for each person interviewed.

How long does the appointment take?
 

The estimated time length from sign-in to finish is approximately 1.5 hours.


How much time do I have to provide any missing information?
 

You have two weeks after the date of your appointment to provide any missing information or correct any of the information that was provided at the time of the visit.


*There is no charge for any correction/modification during this window of time.
 

What is the procedure to provide your office with the missing information?

Is Aracely Palomares-Neeley bilingual?

Yes, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
 

If my interview is conducted in Spanish, is my report going to be in Spanish?

​

No. All documents to USCIS will be in English.
 

How many years of experience does Ms. Neeley have?

​

She has over 25 years of direct client experience. 


Does Ms. Neeley see clients for evaluations other than immigration cases?

​

No, her practice only accepts clients with an immigration case.


Does Ms. Neeley have court experience?

​

Yes, in June 2017 she was classified as an Expert Witness in immigration court; she has been to immigration court more than 20 times. An official list is available to attorneys only.
