Born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, Aracely Palomares-Neeley immigrated to Texas with her family at the age of seven. Having experienced the immigration journey firsthand, she understands that every client's story is personal and deserves to be heard with compassion, dignity, and respect.
For more than 30 years, Aracely has dedicated her career to serving individuals and families through social work and clinical practice. Her background includes child protective investigations, where she served as a lead investigator and expert witness in family court, developing the attention to detail, objectivity, and clinical documentation that continue to guide her work today.
Since 2010, Aracely has focused exclusively on immigration psychosocial assessments. She has earned the trust of more than 150 immigration attorneys by providing thorough, evidence-based assessments for asylum, VAWA, hardship waivers, U Visas, T Visas, and other immigration matters.
Today, Aracely combines professional expertise with genuine compassion, creating a safe and supportive environment where every client feels heard, respected, and understood.

I have more than 25 years of post-graduate clinical experience, and I began working on immigration related cases in 1993. In 2010, my practice began to focus on immigration cases exclusively.
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work with full privileges to practice independently. I received my MSW in 1994 and completed the required 2 years of post-graduate training to be able to take the Board Exam for advanced clinical practitioner in 1999 (LCSW). I am licensed in Texas.
